The Anker SOLIX Solarbank 3 E2700 Pro is a smart plug-and-play home battery that allows you to easily store excess solar energy and use it when you need it. With feed-in to the grid becoming less and less profitable, it is becoming increasingly interesting to use your own generated energy yourself. With this compact home battery you increase your self-consumption of solar energy and immediately reduce your energy bill.
Installation is simple: plug the Solarbank into a wall outlet, configure the system via the Anker app, and the battery automatically starts optimizing your energy consumption. The system continuously analyzes your energy use and automatically switches between charging, storing and discharging.
The Solarbank 3 is designed as an expandable energy storage system. You can add up to five additional BP2700 batteries, growing the total storage capacity to 16.1 kWh. The batteries are easily stacked on top of each other without additional wiring.
For larger energy solutions, even multiple Solarbank 3 systems can be connected in parallel.
The Solarbank 3 E2700 Pro features a 2.7 kWh LiFePO4 (LFP) battery, a safe and durable long-life battery technology. By default, the battery provides up to 800 W of power through a wall outlet. When connected to its own group in the meter box, the output power can reach 1,200 W.
The integrated two-way inverter allows the battery to automatically store energy from solar panels or the grid. In the event of a power outage, you can also use the built-in emergency power outlet to keep important devices working.
The Solarbank 3 can be connected directly to solar panels. Thanks to four MPPT inputs, the system supports up to 3,600 W of solar input. This allows you to connect multiple solar panels directly to the battery without the need for a separate inverter.
Do you already have an existing solar installation with an inverter or micro-inverters? Then the Solarbank also works as a plug-in home battery via the socket, without any modifications to your current installation.
With the Anker SOLIX app, you easily set how the battery should work. You choose from several smart power modes:
Smart Mode – automatically optimizes based on energy prices and consumption
Self-Consumption Mode – maximizes the use of your own solar energy
Schedule Mode – charge and discharge on a fixed schedule
Custom Mode – set your own personal energy plan
Smart Plug Mode – send excess energy to smart devices
Combined with a dynamic energy contract, for example, you can charge the battery during cheap hours and use the stored energy when power is more expensive.
Thanks to its IP65 protection rating, the Solarbank 3 is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The battery operates reliably at temperatures between -20 °C and 55 °C. With its compact size and sturdy housing, you can easily place it in the garage, shed or technical room.
