3-phase hybrid inverter with 8 kW power output, with a choice of battery capacities starting at 10 kWh
The Anker SOLIX X1 8 kW 3-Phase Home Battery is a modular energy storage system for households that want to store and use solar energy more efficiently. This configuration combines an 8 kW 3-phase hybrid inverter with a battery capacity of your choice: 10 kWh, 15 kWh, or 20 kWh.
With a power output of 8 kW, the Anker X1 offers more than enough capacity for modern homes with a three-phase connection, solar panels, and larger electrical appliances. Excess solar power can be stored in the home battery during the day and used later when the solar panels are producing less or no energy. This allows you to increase your self-consumption of solar energy and reduce the amount of energy fed back into the grid.
Thanks to the modular 5 kWh battery modules, the storage capacity can be tailored to the home’s energy profile. Within this product configuration, you can choose between 10, 15, or 20 kWh of battery capacity.
The Anker SOLIX X1 is composed of individual 5-kWh battery modules. This allows for flexible configuration of the desired amount of energy storage.
10 kWh battery capacity
15 kWh battery capacity
20 kWh battery capacity
The correct capacity depends, among other things, on daily electricity consumption, the output of the solar panels, the amount of electricity fed back into the grid, and the presence of high-power electrical appliances such as a heat pump or electric car.
Need more than 20 kWh? The Anker X1 can be scaled up to create significantly larger energy storage systems. For configurations exceeding 30 kWh, you can request a quote at info@offgridpowerstation.com.
The optimal capacity of a home battery depends on the amount of energy that actually needs to be stored and used.
A 10 kWh capacity is a good fit for households with average energy consumption that primarily need to shift excess solar energy from daytime to evening and nighttime.
With 15 kWh, there’s more capacity to store solar energy. This configuration may be a good fit for households with higher daily electricity consumption, a larger solar panel system, or a home with a heat pump.
The 20 kWh version offers the largest energy reserve within this product configuration. This capacity is particularly useful for situations with significant net metering, high electricity consumption, or a combination of solar panels, a heat pump, and an electric car.
