Installation Terms and Conditions for the Netherlands and Belgium
The installation price is based on a standard installation. This assumes an easily accessible cable route between the meter cabinet, the Sigenergy Gateway, and the home battery, with a maximum cable length of 10 meters. The meter cabinet must be technically suitable for the installation.
What do you do?
- Determine a suitable, easily accessible location for the Gateway and home battery.
- Plan the desired cable route in advance.
- Ensure that the surface is level and sturdy and can support the weight of the system.
- Ensure there is a Wi-Fi network with good coverage or a UTP connection at the Sigenergy location.
- Make sure the meter box and installation site are easily accessible on the agreed-upon day.
What do the installers do?
- Placement and installation of the Sigenergy system.
- Connect the system to the meter box, provided that it is technically suitable for this purpose and has sufficient space available.
- Installation and connection of the necessary cabling up to a maximum of 10 meters.
- Configuring, testing, and commissioning the entire system.
- Support for the initial setup of the Sigenergy app.
What materials are included?
All standard small installation supplies needed for the installation, such as pipes, cable fasteners, clamps, and connection supplies.
What is not included?
- Modifications, expansion, or replacement of the existing meter cabinet.
- Additional cabling beyond the included 10 meters.
- Excavation, chipping, demolition, and repair work.
- Structural modifications to walls, floors, or the subfloor.
- Modifications to existing solar panels or solar panel inverters, unless agreed upon in advance.
- Additional work or materials not included in the standard installation.
- Any permit fees.
- Call-out fees outside the Den Bosch region.
Call-out fees
Travel expenses are not included in the installation price and will be billed separately afterward.
- Den Bosch area: no service call fee
- Up to 100 km: €90
- 100 to 150 km: €130
- 150 to 250 km: €200
Possible additional work
The installation price is based on the information provided by the customer in advance and the terms and conditions above. If, during installation, it becomes apparent that additional work or materials are necessary, this will be considered additional work. This will always be done in consultation with the customer and with complete transparency regarding the work and any additional costs.
Any additional work will be discussed with the customer in advance and carried out only after approval.
